1. What we collect

When you shop with us, we may collect: your name, email, and company; the website URL you give us; any logo files you upload; your order details; and your shipping address, which Stripe collects during checkout.

About that website URL: when you share it, our automated systems fetch your public website to pull out your logo and brand colors so we can build personalized product previews. We only read what's publicly visible on the page you gave us.

Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

We also collect basic usage analytics — pages visited, rough device and browser information — to understand how the site is used and keep it working well.

2. How we use it

We use your information to build your product previews and proofs, process your payment, produce and ship your order, message you about proofs and order status, answer your questions, and improve the site. We don't use it for anything unrelated to serving you.

3. Automated design tools

The previews you see are built by automated design and personalization systems that process the website content and logos you submit. Those previews exist to help you choose — nothing is ever printed from an automated preview alone. You always approve a real proof before production begins.

4. Who processes your data

We use a small set of service providers, each for one job:

Stripe — payment processing and checkout (including your card details and shipping address).

Vercel — hosting the website.

Neon — our database.

Google Cloud — file storage for uploaded logos and artwork.

Resend — sending transactional emails like order confirmations.

Clerk — sign-in for our own team's internal tools (not something buyers interact with).

Upstash — rate limiting to protect the site from abuse.

We also share the details needed to produce and deliver your order with our production and shipping partners. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage for the essentials: keeping your session and cart working, and basic analytics. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.

6. Retention

We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet tax and accounting obligations on completed orders. Preview assets and uploaded artwork that are no longer needed get cleaned up over time.

7. Your choices

You can email us any time to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion. We'll honor deletion requests except where we're legally required to keep records (like completed-order invoices).

8. Children

This site is for business buyers and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 — if you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Meaningful changes to what we collect or how we use it will be called out, not buried.
