1. Who we are & acceptance

Merch Vegas sells custom-decorated merchandise, operated from Las Vegas, Nevada. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you're ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to agree for it.

2. Ordering & proofs

Everything we sell is decorated to order with your logo or branding. The product images you see while shopping — including personalized previews built with your logo — are illustrative previews to help you choose. They are not the final product.

Before anything is printed, we send you a real proof of your item. Production begins only after you approve that proof. Please check it carefully: the approved proof, not the shopping preview, is the reference for what we make. If something on the proof isn't right, tell us and we'll revise it before you approve.

3. Pricing & payment

Orders are paid in full at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe, our payment processor — your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. Your shipping address is collected during checkout. Prices shown at checkout are the amount charged; sales tax is added where the law requires it.

4. Order changes & cancellation

You can change or cancel your order any time before you approve your proof and production begins — just email us. Cancellations before production get a full refund. Once you've approved the proof and production starts, we've committed materials and decoration time to your order, so changes and cancellations are generally no longer possible.

5. Shipping, delivery & pickup

Orders ship by carrier to the address you provide at checkout. Within the Las Vegas area we also offer local delivery for a flat $50, and free local pickup. Delivery dates we quote are good-faith estimates, not guarantees — decoration complexity and product availability can shift them. If your tracking shows a problem, contact us and we'll help chase it down.

Your shipping address is collected directly from you at checkout, so its accuracy is your responsibility. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, contact us to arrange reshipment — reshipping costs may apply.

6. Returns & refunds

Because every item is custom-made with your artwork, all sales are final — orders can't be returned for a change of mind. If something is genuinely wrong — a production defect, a decoration error, damage in transit, or a product that materially differs from the proof you approved — we make it right with a reprint or a refund. 7. Your logo & artwork

Your logo and branding stay yours — we never claim any ownership of your marks. By submitting a logo, artwork, or a website for us to pull branding from, you represent that you own it or are licensed to use it, and you grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely to build your previews, prepare your proofs, and produce your order. That license exists only to fulfill your order.

You agree to cover us (indemnify us) against claims that artwork you submitted infringes someone else's rights. We may decline artwork that is unlawful, infringing, or that we're not comfortable producing.

8. Our site & content

The site itself — its design, text, product photography, and the preview tools — belongs to Merch Vegas or its licensors. Please don't copy, scrape, or reuse it outside of shopping with us. This section doesn't touch your own logos and artwork, which remain yours as described above.

9. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Don't submit artwork that is hateful, harassing, obscene, or infringing; don't try to break, probe, or overload the site; don't misrepresent who you are. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — if we cancel after you've paid, you get a full refund.

10. Disclaimers

The site and its previews are provided as-is. On-screen colors and preview renderings are approximations — screens vary, and decoration on real materials never matches a screen pixel-for-pixel. That's exactly why we require proof approval before production. Beyond the commitments in these terms and the Refund Policy, we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.

11. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits or a missed event) to the extent the law allows this limit. Some places don't allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when you placed them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
